MCA Loft (Warehouse)
The newly renovated MCA Warehouse is ideal for your special event — from sophisticated black-tie dinners to out-of-the-ordinary parties, elegant weddings to corporate meetings. A flexible and truly unique space, the MCA Warehouse was once a pie factory and later a Chinese bakery. Now it can be transformed into anything you can imagine.
The MCA Warehouse features 19,000 square feet of flexible event space, two levels with unique architectural details, impressive downtown views, a varied list of exclusive caterers, day and evening event opportunities, and reasonable rental fees. It is located at 1747 West Hubbard.

Edlis Neeson Theater and Kanter Meeting Center
The state-of-the-art Edlis Neeson Theater is a perfect location for annual meetings, award ceremonies, private performances, product launches, and film premieres. The 300-seat space features elegant oak-paneled walls and tiered seating which ensures that everyone has the best seat in the house. The adjacent lobby is also available for private receptions before or after your theater event.
The Kanter Meeting Center, which perfectly complements the adjacent Edlis Neeson Theater and the Robert B. and Beatrice C. Mayer Education Center lobby, is specially designed to host smaller groups for a variety of events — from simple meetings to formal multimedia presentations, receptions for up to 100 guests to seated luncheons for up to 60 people.

Main Floor and Sculpture Garden
Featuring spacious and flexible event spaces, the MCA provides a unique and memorable setting for your event. Your guests will be welcomed by the MCA’s dramatic plaza and enjoy panoramic views of the Chicago skyline from the majestic Kovler Atrium. In addition, your guests are only steps from the MCA Collection galleries and special exhibitions, which add an artful twist to your event.
The MCA’s Kern Terrace provides stunning views of Lake Michigan and the MCA Sculpture Garden. Create your own unique indoor/outdoor environment by tenting the terrace, sculpture garden, or both for seated dinners serving up to 500 guests, receptions for up to 2,000 guests, wedding ceremonies, or multimedia presentations.
